The Silicon Valley Happy Hour Napkin

Ted Visaya 4/19/2011 ;-)

With so many innovative ideas emerging from the Silicon Valley during Happy Hour it's a wonder why someone hasn't created a Proprietary Napkin drawing standard. When employees in the SV get off work to socialize and unwind most of the time they talk about work and then all of a sudden an idea pops into their head. First thing they reach for is the pen in their pocket and whatever they can get their hands on to start sketching. More then likely it'll be a napkin. Back to www.tedvisaya.com

We really need to keep a pack of these napkins at each
happy hour table in the Silicon Valley.

To the left is the proposed design for the industry standard, proprietary napkin. Note the drawing zone numbers and letters and the most important of all is the proprietary napkin note.

My Culture in the Silicon Valley

It's the fusion of cultures that makes the SF bay area so great. You can see it in our food, arts, music, and technology. The Silicon Valley breaths diversity and benefits from the rich culture it produces. It's all about culture my friends. The more we share our ethnic individuality and merge with other cultures we promote a creative-innovative rich environment. What's the benefit of living in a diverse culture rich environment? Think about creativity and fusion of cultures through the arts, that's what innovation is made of and it inspires the imagination. Exposure to a variety of arts stimulates imagination to bigger and greater things. The Silicon Valley has cultured this environment for decades. It's the capital of high technology and center of innovative ideas that have changed the world. Celebrate and cherish diversity my friends!
